I to have been looking into software for “corporate management” as well. Specifically an all inclusive program for managing minutes, resolutions, forms etc.
There is not alot to choose from. Below is a list of the top 3, I could find. I believe the first two are from the same publisher and repackaged to look different. They are pricey. A demo version is available to try out. The third program is
is very basic but will allow you to import documents into the program as needed for flexibility.
Assuming your not familiar with “corporate record keeping” formalities I would get a good book on the subject like the following. Then you can make a better decision about the software. None of the programs will offer a complete out of the box solution, you need flexibility to add templates and docs and none of these will provide all of them.

Lastly, there are hosted programs. Easy retrival and drafting from anywhere with an internet connection is the upside. Downside is they charge monthy/yearly fees which will add up. I do not know how complete their programs are either. Personally I would avoid them. If you need your corporate docs that readily available host them yourself or keep them on a portable/thumb drive. That’s another topic.
